Hello Erin Families!
I am extremely excited and privileged to be your next Principal of Erin School, and a part of this school community. Growing up only miles away from the school, I know the reputation and high expectations that you, the staff, and the students have for academic and personal success. I want nothing more than to continue and excel on that journey together.
Relationships are the foundation to school and student success, without them both students and staff will never reach their full academic and individual potential. I believe that all individuals have the desire to succeed, when ready, and given the opportunity for a positive and trusting relationship. At Erin School I want every student AND staff member to feel comfortable, confident, excited, and eager to learn and grow with each other, each and every day. In order to create this climate, our staff and students must continue to build upon their strong, positive, and trusting relationships with one another and continue Erin’s path of academic and personal success. Equally important is the impact you have on your children’s success and I want to continue to promote a positive and trusting relationship between school, home, and community. In doing so, I wholeheartedly believe Erin school will continue to rise to the top and maintain its academic and personal excellence.
Before accepting this position, I served as the Dean of Students and was a classroom teacher for the Hartford Joint 1 School District. During this time I also coached basketball at all levels for Hartford High School for many years. I earned my Masters Degree in Educational Administration with both Principal and Curriculum and Instruction licensures from Concordia University and hold an Elementary Education Degree from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.
My wife and I reside in Hartford with our two young children and our 90 pound Golden Retriever. I am an avid sports fan (Bucks are my favorite – the championship run was absolutely amazing to watch) and my family and I love to be out on the lake, or by a campfire, enjoying the outdoors together.
I realize change can be difficult. I assure you, I am ready to continue the academic and personal excellence that Erin School has been known for, all these years. I cannot wait to get started forming relationships with the students, families, and staff of the Erin School District!
Sincerely,
Nick Frank
