Mr. Molini

I am excited to start my first year at Erin School as the school psychologist! I graduated from Prospect High School in Mount Prospect, Illinois, in 2011, received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology Degree and Sport Management Minor from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 2014, and my Master’s Degree in Education in 2016 from the University of Wisconsin La-Crosse. I am currently working towards my Education Specialist Degree (Ed.S) and aim to complete it at the end of the 2017-2018 school year.

In my free time I like to watch and play sports, spend time with family and friends, and be active outside fishing, kayaking, and hiking.

My goal is to improve academic achievement, promote positive behavior and mental health, support diverse learners, create safe and positive school climates, and strengthen family-school partnerships.

Some of my duties include:

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to find effective solutions to learning and behavior problems.
  • Help others understand child development and how it affects learning and behavior.
  • Evaluate eligibility for special services.
  • Assess academic skills, social-emotional functioning, and provide appropriate recommendations to help foster a child’s educational success.
  • Provide counseling and social-emotional supports to help resolve problems that interfere with school performance.
