Hello 5K families!
Welcome to the 2018-2019 school year! This is my fifth year teaching kindergarten at Erin School and my sixth year teaching. Our school year will be full of adventure, with a lot of learning experiences and opportunities. By working together, we can make it a fun and rewarding experience your child will remember forever.
This year is an exciting year in your child’s life, full of many emotions. A strong relationship and communication between home and school is essential in your child’s education. My goal is to create a safe, inviting, and engaging classroom where your child will be growing as a student. I promise that I will do everything in my power to help your child have a successful, positive experience in 5K and take great care of them.
I graduated in 2010 from University of Wisconsin with a degree in Sociology and right after graduation, I went back to school to get my teaching certification. I graduated from Alverno College in 2015 with a Masters’ in Education. I live in Hartland with my husband Nick, daughters Harper and Elliot as well as our dog, Dory. When I’m not teaching, I love to read, run, and relax!
I will send home a weekly newsletter, occasional weekly emails with updates, and reminders. Please feel free to contact me at school at 262-673-3720 ext. 4113. You can also reach me via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
