My name is Thomas Resch. I graduated with a communication and journalism degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Following college, I spent a year in China studying Mandarin, as well as teaching English to a wide variety of age and ability level students for an American-Chinese joint venture school. I cherished my time in China and also had the opportunity to spend a significant amount of time traveling in Tibet, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Thailand. When I returned, I earned my teaching license at Carroll College. Traveling has enriched my life and provided me with an education that extends beyond the walls of the classroom. Although I cannot bring the students around the world, it is my goal to bring the world to them.
