It has been my honor to teach the children here at Erin School since 1981, fresh from getting my Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin- Madison. It is hard to believe it will soon be over 30 years since I began this journey. Many things have changed over this time. The school building has grown, and curriculums and methods have changed. But one thing has remained constant. The children and parents of this school district are the best. I feel fortunate to spend my day with your children, leading them to discoveries in the field of science. Some of my current students are actually the children of my former students. Seeing what wonderful people these former students have become is one of the many blessings I have experienced while working here. When I think back it is easy to see why I continue to make Erin my home away from home.
