I am excited to be teaching third grade this year, my second year here at Erin. One of my favorite things to do as a teacher is to make the learning as fun, interactive and hands-on as possible. 

In the past I provided reading support for readers from preschool through middle school as well as taught in a third and fifth grade classroom. My degrees include a BS in Elementary Education 1-8 with a Spanish minor, a MS in Computer Science Education and a 316 Reading Teacher certificate.

My husband, John, and I have three children, all girls, two of whom are in high school and one in middle school.  Our family loves to travel and enjoy the outdoors in many ways.  Music is very important in our family and all three of our girls play violin so we have a mini strings group in our home!  We also have a puppy, Mylie, whom we all love to pieces!
